Job details Responsible for devising, implementing and developing the Hong Kong office to provide a best in class service proposition to the Far East market.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:


• Member of the Group Operations and Customer Service management team.
• Responsible for operational planning, and oversight for the Far East operations domiciled in Hong Kong.
• Provides project planning methodology.
• Responsible for delivering the Far East service proposition (for both pre and post sales functions), including quality assurance.
• Responsible for the establishment of the Hong Kong servicing centre and the delivery of the “best in class” customer service proposition.
• Control and accountability for the Hong Kong operational budget.
• In conjunction with Head of IT deploy the necessary systems to support the Hong Kong office, and establish best practices to deliver the service.
• Build the Hong Kong operational teams and supporting services to provide pre-certification, customer service, medical advisors and direct settlement networks, and general office administration.
• Implement a control and reporting system to identify and monitor operational KPI’s and management information metrics.
• Ensures the business meets with all the regulatory requirements.
• Management high level vendor relationships to ensure projects objectives are delivered on time and within budget targets
• Fluency in Cantonese is a MUST.
