Job details Job Scope:
To be a key contributor of Agilent tax operation in Shanghai; be responsible for tax account analysis and reconciliation, regular tax filing, and optimization of tax operational process to ensure tax compliance. Working on cross functional project and providing the constructive suggestions from tax perspective.

Detailed Responsibilities:
 1>Ensure the tax related entries to be posted in GL promptly and correctly
 2>Reconcile the Tax account among GL, Tax filing, and Invoice declaration. Follow up on the reconciling items and figure out resolution.
 3>To be responsible for quarterly and annual corporate income tax filing; internal compliance owner and SOX contact of transaction tax and corporate income tax
 4>Support of PWC audit on tax account analysis and preparation of corporate income tax adjustment reconciliation.
 5>Support of non-trade payment clearance process. Preparation of all necessary documentation to request for tax approval on the payment settlement.
 6>Complete data archive fully and periodically
 7>Review tax operational process and support of entity project from tax perspective


Qualifications
Qualifications:
 1>Bachelor degree or above with major in accounting, tax, or financial management. CPA is preferred
 2>Highly motivated finance professional with 3-5 years’ related experience in finance/tax areas; experience in big 4 is preferred
 3>Familiar with local tax regulations and laws
 4>Fluent written and oral English
 5>Strong communication skill and a good team player; Self-motivation, proactive, and innovative. Can be working independently and under pressure
