Location: Shanghai

As one of the leading international bank with strong presence in China, our client is looking for seasoned banker to join China team. You will be responsible for:

• Formulate FI business plan in line with the bank’s corporate banking business strategy
• Lead and coach the team to maximize overall customer risk adjusted profitability and share of wallet
• Manage credit risk to a desired level through fostering a strong sales and credit culture within team
• Work closely with product partners, providing leadership in offering tailored structured solutions to meet the clients’ needs.
• Leverage the relationships with other business segments to drive/develop additional business opportunities into other segments and other geographic locations of the bank.

Requirement:

• Solid banking experiences prefer business development experience in FI.
• Strong business development and team management skills
• Strong people management, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• The ability to work in a matrix organization, a multi-product and multi-cultural environment.
