This client is part of a huge global manufacturing group who just started their operation and production facilities in China. They are currently looking for a Finance Director or CFO to be based in the facilities in Shen Yang.

This position is to report to the General Manager in China and to the headquarter in Germany and Switzerland. You will be responsible for the set up of the financial and accounting system, policies and control as well as the reporting both in China and IAS GAAP. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth operation of the plant and advising on running a productive and efficient operation. Other responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, cash flow analysis and developing and directing strategic plan.

This position will suit candidate with over 5 years’ hands on experience in Financial Director/CFO role for manufacturing in China, working with local team. Experience in greenfield or set up operation is preferred. You are expected to speak fluent English and German, Mandarin will be an advantage. We are seeking for someone who has good leadership and management skills. European candidates with manufacturing experience in China are very welcome to apply for this position.
