• A leading private banking is seeking capable and solid private banker
• Report to the Head of PWM China Onshore
• Location: Beijing

Responsibility

• To perform client due diligence check and to prepare Know Your Client (KYC) information for client adoption
• To have in-depth understanding of client’s business, financial, risk profile and banking needs in order to offer/sell appropriate products/services to clients
• To work closely with product specialists, investment advisors to come out with best investment planning/solution for clients
• To take clients’ banking transaction instruction and to carry out necessary confirmation with clients
• To explore cross-selling/referrals with other business divisions within the Bank thus providing for “One Bank” solution
• To provide after sales service to clients in order to maintain client relationships
• To have good understanding on local banking rules and regulations
• To guide sales team and be responsible for the sales team’s performance


Requirement

• University degree with 5-10 years working experience in Banking Industry, must have solid SME business background and strong connection with our target clients and SME owners
• Broad knowledge of Private Wealth Management products
• Exhibit a high level of self-motivation, drive and integrity
• Strong customer focus and excellent business and client development track record
